Jim Schueler has been developing interactive, Internet based applications since 1992.

Jim was the principal architect on several large well-known websites, such as:

- Detroit Convention and Visitor's Bureau
- AAA Life Insurance
- Bendix-Jurid Brakes

In 1998, Jim founded Total Quality Information Systems (TQIS). TQIS extended systematic application design and development to building websites. Many of these practices were later adopted by Arthur Andersen, LLC. In 2008, Mr. Schueler founded ELOQUENCY, in order to extend this philosophy into general interactive marketing strategies.
